Welcome State Farm Property & Casualty!
We are pleased to announce that Property & Casualty claims for State Farm can be sent electronically through the UHIN network. If you are already enrolled with UHIN, you can access the companion guides here (Dental, Institutional, Professional). Welcome Dental Select!
We are pleased to announce that Dental Select has connected with UHIN and is able to receive dental claims through the UHIN network. If you would like to enroll with Dental Select, please follow this link to their contact information.

Clinical Health Information Exchange-cHIE
The community has selected the Box Elder/Cache counties selected as the initial implementation site. Grand County was selected as a secondary site. UHIN is working with the major data sources on timelines so that a final project plan with timelines can be created.
